#### Availability
- Your access to the Course will be fulfilled automatically upon receiving the Access Confirmation. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at hello@missjsews.com.
#### Title and Intellectual Property
- You will only be entitled to use the Course as long as you comply with these Terms.
- All Intellectual Property Rights in the Course remain with us. We license these rights to you on a non-exclusive basis for personal use.
- Unauthorized distribution, publication, or sale of the Course is strictly prohibited.

2. You, the participant accessing the Course (Licensee).

- The Licensee is the individual accessing the Course provided by the Licensor.
- The Licensor holds the Intellectual Property Rights in the Content and allows the Licensee to use the Content as outlined in this License.
